Leur Charlotte Hirz

Leur (Charlotte) Hirz is a clinical psychologist, systemic therapist and works in a specialist counselling center against sexualized violence against women, trans*, inter* and non-binary people in Berlin (LARA e.V.). Since 2021, she has been giving workshops for nightlife employees from all over Europe on the topic of "Prevention of sexualized violence in nightlife", as well as on related topics. She has also been involved for many years with an association that offers psychosocial support for people in substance-induced, difficult situations at music festivals (psychedelic outpatient clinic). Due to the intersection of the two fields, she is an expert in dealing with sexualized assaults and violence under the (un)voluntary state of intoxication.
