Pauli Scharbach

Pauli started working in the awareness field 5 years ago and has been a staff member at mjut club Leipzig for 1.5 years, where they coordinate the awareness team. As part of this work, Pauli developed the awareness concept for the mjut club, and in the process came across the topic of drug spiking and the insecurities that accompany this topic. Together with a colleague, they initiated the Spiking AG a year ago, in which an association of venues and specialized institutions in Leipzig work on questions about how to deal with the topic of drug spiking. The Spiking AG is currently working on a handbook to help club employees deal with a polarizing topic like drug spiking and develop their own code of conduct as a team.
