Helena Valente

Helena Valente is a Psychologist with a postgraduate degree in Human Rights from the School of Law of the University of Minho and a Doctoral Student in Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Porto, focusing on evaluating community intervention programs. Helena has worked with people who use drugs since 2004 and has vast experience coordinating national and European projects funded with competitive grants. Helena is an executive board member of Kosmicare.
