For the time being, despite a lot of initiatives, there’s no end to prohibition in sight. Nevertheless, an awful lot is happening in Europe and worldwide with regard to the re-regulation of cannabis for recreational use, and great strides are already being made in decriminalisation. But what about other substances? How can a real re-regulation and legal availability of all drugs in the party setting be achieved?
