Dean’s role primarily involves the management of the WEDINOS project. WEDINOS provides for the collection and testing of psychoactive substances, the profiling of a substances chemical structure and the dissemination of pragmatic harm reduction advice. Employed by Public Health Wales since 2013, Dean has extensive experience working within the Criminal Justice System and in the field of substance misuse, with specific interests in the trends in substance misuse on an international, national and regional level.
