Karsten Tögel-Lins

.Karsten is a prevention expert in the field of party drugs. He studied at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences social pedagogy. During the 90`s he is one of the Initiators of Alice, the Drug and Culture Project. Since 2011he also manages the Drug Checking Service Legal-high-Inhaltsstoffe in Frankfurt am Main at the NGO Basis. Since 2016 he is also Member of the Schildower Kreis, an expert and scientist network with the Goal to end criminalization of drugs. Karsten Tögel-Lins is the general manager of Basis in Frankfurt am Main.
