FluxFM is the name of Germany’s most innovative radio station based in Berlin. It has a unique, interactive music format, ranking always top 10 in the social media indices. The Flux network consists of a Berlin based FM radio station, a concert venue, an app called FluxMusic providing 30 curated radio programs and an online platform with focus on pop culture, digital innovation and urban life. With Radiosphere they developed a cloud-based eco-system for radio stations including personalized streaming and a publishing and community tool. FluxFM /FluxMusic/Radiosphere employ 60 creative, music-loving people. As co-founder, general manager and program director Mona Rübsamen is responsible for the network’s programming and strategic orientation. She was the launch director of MTV Germany, went on to found M2M Media.Brand.Music GmbH together with her current business partner Markus Kühn, and in 2004 she also founded Platform GmbH – the goal of both companies being to develop and implement innovative media formats.
