I am a psychology professor at the research cluster ‚work – education – digitization‘ (Arbeit – Bildung – Digitalisierung) at FernUniversität in Hagen. Previously, I served as visiting professor for work and organizational psychology at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, as a postdoctoral researcher in social, work and organizational psychology at Freie Universität Berlin, and received my doctorate from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, Germany. My main research interest is the interaction of leaders and followers in organizations, with a special focus on the impact of increasing digitization and automation at work.
